The site explains the home buying process and the down-payment assistance landscape for first-time buyers in Metro Atlanta.
This website is not a mortgage lender, a loan originator or a program administrator, and nothing on it is a commitment to lend or an offer of credit.
No guarantee of eligibility
Down-payment assistance, grants, seller concessions and closing-cost assistance are subject to qualification, property eligibility, lender guidelines, income and purchase-price limits, program availability and funding availability. Programs change and can end without notice.
